I have this great nail hardener that really works, but it stayed on once, and worked. But it doesn't stay on now. Suggestions please??How can I keep nail hardener on?

This is what I do for my nails. I put two coats of nail hardener on but let it dry thoroughly between coats. Then put a coat of clear nail polish on and let dry as well. This seems to work for me. Let me know what happens.How can I keep nail hardener on?
